LUSH Refund Policy

At LUSH, we strive to create extraordinary experiences for our members. We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness to all members and event organizers. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any event tickets, memberships, or services.

1. Event Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales for LUSH events are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. However, we do offer the following exceptions:

  • Event Cancellation: If LUSH cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
  • Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Transferable Tickets: If you can no longer attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another approved LUSH member. It is your responsibility to coordinate the transfer and notify us at info@lush.party with the new ticket holder’s details.

2. Membership Refunds

LUSH memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable after purchase. However, if there was an error in billing or a duplicate charge, please contact info@lush.party within 7 days of the transaction, and we will promptly review your case.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled event without prior notice does not qualify for a refund or credit.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@lush.party with supporting documentation. Approval is at the discretion of LUSH management.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of your LUSH membership.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
