Our events are tailored for adults seeking a mature and upscale party experience. We often have specific themes and encourage guests to dress accordingly. Check individual event details for any age restrictions or dress codes.

All ticket sales are final. However, in special circumstances such as event cancellation, refunds or credit towards future events may be offered. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Yes, tickets are transferable. Please contact us at support@lush.party with the ticket details and the name of the new attendee for assistance.

Dress codes vary depending on the theme of each event. We generally recommend upscale, chic attire. Specific details for each event’s dress code can be found on the event’s page on our website.

Once you purchase a ticket, a confirmation email with your ticket details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also access your tickets by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the ‘My Tickets’ section.

You can update your profile details by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘Profile’ section. Here, you can edit information such as your name, contact details, and preferences.

To update your profile picture, log into your account, go to the ‘Profile’ section, and click on the current profile picture. You will have the option to upload a new image from your device.

To update your payment method, log into your account on our website, go to ‘Account Settings,’ and select ‘Payment Methods.’ From there, you can add, remove, or update your payment details.

You have the option to delete your profile directly from our website. Simply log into your account, navigate to the ‘Account’ tab, and you will find a link titled ‘Delete My Account’. Clicking this link will initiate the process of permanently deleting your profile and all associated data. Please be aware that this action is irreversible. If you require assistance or have any concerns before proceeding with account deletion, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@lush.party.
