1. I/we acknowledge that I/we are attending an event that may involve sensual and erotic activities, and I/we voluntarily choose to participate in and/or observe such activities.

2. I/we commit to maintaining respectful behavior at all times and fully understand that consent is paramount. I acknowledge that a clear “no” means “no.”

3. While LUSH events may include sensual and erotic activities, I/we acknowledge that there is no guarantee or obligation for any LUSH Party staff member, party guest, or attendee to engage in such activities.

4. Any individual found to be intoxicated or displaying disrespectful or irresponsible behavior will be promptly escorted from the event and may be prohibited from attending future events. LUSH Party Staff reserves the right to remove anyone from an event without providing an explanation or issuing a refund.

5. I/we understand and agree that I/we are solely responsible for any bodily injury, dismemberment, loss of personal property, or expenses resulting from my own negligent actions or the negligent actions of others during scheduled, planned, unscheduled, or unplanned activities, or due to equipment or device failures or malfunctions. I accept full responsibility for such occurrences.

6. I/we recognize that accidents and mistakes can happen. In consideration of my right to participate in sensual and erotic activities and other activities during LUSH events, I certify that I am in good physical and psychological health, without any conditions that could pose risks to myself or others.

7. As part of my participation in and/or observation of sensual and erotic activities, whether scheduled, planned, unscheduled, or unplanned, I hereby release LUSH, its associates, agents, assistants, guests, licensees, and invitees from any legal liability. I pledge not to file lawsuits, claims, or take legal action against them for any injury or death resulting from my voluntary participation in these activities.

8. This Release of Liability is legally binding and applies to me, my heirs, estate, assigns, legal guardian, and personal representatives.

9. I/we understand and agree not to capture anyone’s images or photos without their explicit permission. Any photos on the LUSH.com website are for the exclusive use of members and must not be shared or distributed without prior consent.

10. I/we have thoroughly read and comprehended this Release of Liability Waiver. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am relinquishing legal rights that I may have otherwise held, and I am doing so voluntarily, with full awareness of the associated risks.

11. I/we confirm that I/we are at least 21 years of age.
